About Dr. Bryan Bailey, DDS Dr. Bryan Bailey was raised in Canyon, TX and attended Canyon High School and West Texas State University graduating with honors in 1987. He received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1993 and graduated from the University of Missouri with his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certificate in 1997. He was a faculty member in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Missouri Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, serving as an assistant professor from 1997-2000. Dr. Bailey entered private practice in 2000.
