This kind of decay happens when the plague in the teeth starts collecting and then combines with the starch or sugar in our food. This combination soon starts releasing some acids that would be attacking the enamel of our teeth, causing tooth decay.
  • Gum diseases- these diseases can even be signaling strokes and heart attacks. This usually happens when a gum infection takes place and can even cause tooth loss. Healthy teeth without impossible gums are next to impossible. The two diseases are gingivitis and periodontitis.
